The Short Crossing is double the angle of other track components in this range, this enables it to be used to form scissors formations in conjunction with them. Also, a compact double junction can be formed by using it with 2 short Y turnouts SL-E197 (Overall length 275mm).

Peco HO/OO Streamline Code 75

Streamline ranges incorperate flexible lengths of track which can be manipulated to form far more geometric options, but represents a need for more expertise in both layout building and track planning.

Code 75 (rail height of 0.075") is a standard used to more closley represent the proper scale hieght of HO or OO railways. It still uses the same sleeper spacing as Code 100, a safe approximation between OO and HO scale sleepers. Please note this is more fragile than Code 100 track and is generally recommended for those with prior track design/ laying experience.
